Abstract
The following topics regarding internal conversion at low energies are discussed: gamma-ray emission via elastic and inelastic electronic bridges, the claim for a tremendous change in the 235mU half-life and the problems in a precise calibration of electron spectrometers by means of conversion electron lines. A new method for data acquisition and evaluation in high-resolution electron spectroscopy is also outlined. Keywords
