Abstract
High-κ nanobridges were structured from Nb3Ge thin-films and their radiation was measured at 10.5 GHz. The measured power levels and linewidths are about 10-13 W and 300 MHz, respectively. Series connected bridges show a much smaller linewidth. This indicates a coherent behaviour which can be observed in the de-characteristics, too. The experimental results are compared with a theoretical model and characteristical times are extracted.
