Abstract
We discuss field-theoretic mechanisms by which two particles having identical quantum numbers can be exhibited as composites of other particles. If this can be done, then, contrary to what other authors have asserted, it can be done by letting the composite wave-function renormalization constants tend to zero. Keywords
