Abstract
The authors analyse the high-field magneto-transport data on the semimagnetic semiconductor Hg1-xMnxSe:Fe using DC, non-destructive pulsed and destructive pulsed magnetic fields up to 100 T. The concept of the 'localised zero-scattering potential' is introduced as an alternative model to the 'space charge superlattice'.Keywords
