Diagnostic teaching is teaching that looks at the errors children make and subsequently structures the learning experiences so that the errors will be eliminated. There is hardly a skill in the teacher's repertoire that is more important than the ability to identify pupil errors and prescribe appropriate remedial procedures. Keywords
