Abstract
This chapter explores the structural and process changes required of a firm given the competitive threats and opportunities discussed in Chapter4 (see Figure 5-1). In terms of the 1990s model, this chapter focuses more on the internal “forces,” as shown below. Chapter4 developed a framework that allows any given business to understand the new competitive threats and opportunities presented by the new information technology.Keywords
