Abstract
A remeasurement of the β-decay asymmetry parameter for decay to the ground state of has been performed. The result, =0.49±0.10, leads to a value for the quark mixing angle =0.28±0.08 rad, in agreement with the accepted value 0.23±0.01 and in strong disagreement with the anomalous result <0.10 (95% confidence level) determined from previous measurements of this asymmetry parameter.
