Abstract
The temperature dependence of the ferroelectric soft mode in SbSI has been investigated by I.R. reflectivity in the paraelectric phase and analyzed by using the factorized form of the dielectric function with an additional two phonon contribution. Comparison is made with neutron scattering data. Keywords
