Abstract
The reaction was used to populate high-spin states in for incident MeV. Angular distributions of the reaction particles were measured and energy averaged have been compared to Hauser-Feshbach calculations. We present suggestions for the high-spin members of the ground-state rotational band through the member and for the band through the member. The proposed spin assignments are in good agreement with shell model calculations.
