Abstract
Clinical experiences from a trial of the PTB-suction prosthesis from 1969 to 1976 are presented. Forty-six patients tried the prosthesis and 26 adapted to it. The PTB-suction prosthesis has proved to be a satisfactory alternative for patients who easily develop skin lesions on the amputation stumps when using an ordinary PTB-prosthesis.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
