Abstract
A calculation is made of the partial half-life for the decay of to the state of at 130.94±0.04 keV (an energy release of 147.1±5.0 keV). The estimated partial half-life is 760× yr. This value is competitive with the most recent estimate of the partial half-life for the 2ν mode of double beta decay.
