Abstract
Previous reports of a relatively air-stable, soluble hydrogenase from the photosynthetic anaerobe, C. vinosum, were substantiated. The properties of this enzyme, as seen in highly purified samples prepared by procedures that permit improved yields, are described. A possible role for flavin mediation is noted. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
