Abstract
By means of complex formation with insoluble trypsin resin a modified trypsin inhibitor, which consists of 2 peptide chains linked by disulfide bridges, was isolated in pure form from rough ground maize extract. The 2 chains were separated. The amino acid composition and end groups of the chains and of the intact inhibitor were determined.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
