Statistical Characterization of a Set of Random Hamiltonians: Order-q Free Energy and Fluctuation Spectrum

Abstract
To study a global fluctuation characterization of Helmholtz free energies for a set of statistically-equivalent random Hamiltonian systems, an order-q free energyFq(β), β being the inverse temperature and q being a real parameter, introduced. The relevant fluctuation characteristics are singled out by controlling q in the language of the fluctuation spectrum derived from Fq(β).
