Abstract
An immunofluorescent serological finding, the “string of pearls” effect, was seen in 61 patients who were taking a variety of drugs. In the majority of these patients, this sign was thought to represent an adverse response to a drug. Its detection may be helpful in monitoring the ill effect of drugs. Keywords
