Abstract
Presentation of Case* First admission. A twenty-two-year-old woman entered the hospital because of cold hands and feet.The patient had been well until eight months previously, when she began to experience episodic numbness and blanching of several fingers on exposure to cold and when emotionally upset. During the next few months the remaining fingers and all the toes became involved. For many months she had had dyspnea on climbing more than one flight of stairs and a chronic cough that was occasionally productive of a few drops of blood.Physical examination revealed an obese young woman with cold, wet . . .Keywords
