Abstract
The two-temperature statistical model for the spectra of particles produced in proton-proton collisions has been modified to place an upper limit on the momentum of the secondaries. New expressions for the transverse momentum distribution, multiplicity, and the cross section are given. Fitting parameters are given for the new formulation.
