Abstract
A giant neuron of A. fulica (the TAN tonically auotactive neuron) was excited by histamine. Pharmacological characteristics of its histaminergic reception were quite different from those of H1 and H2 receptors. The effect of histamine on the TAN was antagonized by neither mepyramine nor burimamide. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
