Abstract
1. Strong etiological association exists between dysfunctional metabolism of brain lipids, age-related changes in the cerebral vasculature and neurodegenerative features characteristic of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) brain. 2. In this short review, recent experimental evidence for these associations is further discussed below.Keywords
