Abstract
We study the properties of a vortex-line liquid, within a uniformly frustrated three-dimensional XY model, as a model for a type-II high- superconductor. The vortex structure function S(,) is computed with Monte Carlo simulations, and our results compared with hydrodynamic and two-dimensional boson approximations. Properties of the elastic moduli are discussed.
