Abstract
MCS [microscopically controlled surgical treatment] has stood the test of time and has demonstrated an unusually high 5 yr rate of cure of 94.2% in a series of 1448 consecutive patients treated over a period of 40 yr. Because of the selectivity of MCS, a maximal amount of normal tissue is conserved which permits repair of defects with unusually good functional and cosmetic results. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
