Abstract
Common pulmonary vein atresia without pulmonary venous connection is a rare form of congenital heart disease. No communication exists between the confluence of the pulmonary veins and the heart or a major systemic vessel. A case diagnosed antemortem is presented. Correct early diagnosis is imperative as surgery may be corrective. Keywords
