Abstract
This article examines the legal parameters pertaining to how and when to properly graduate special education students. These parameters are presented through a review of pertinent components of the U.S. Constitution, the Rehabilitation Act, and the Education of All Handicapped Children Act and their subsequent legal interpretations as provided by case law.
