Abstract
Aluminium levels in tea leaves from different origins were determined by wet ashing followed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. Coffee beans were found to contain comparatively small amounts of Al. Typical tea and coffee infusions were also assessed by means of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Keywords
