Abstract
A group of 40 postoperative cataract patients had Miller-Nadler glare testing performed before and after midpupillary pharmacologic dilation. The results indicated that pupillary enlargement is associated with increased glare disability. For that reason it is essential to maintain normal pupil shape and function after cataract surgery, a difficult task in cases with miotic pupils. Keywords
