Abstract
DC-voltage-tunable microwave mixing in coplanar waveguide devices made from Au/Sr0.5Ba0.5TiO3 and YBa2Cu3O7-x/SrTiO3 bilayers have been studied. The transmitted microwave power of a mixed signal at ~4 GHz shows >40 dB change when a 15 V DC bias is applied between the centreline and groundplanes. Keywords
