Abstract
The crystal structure of 90 K superconductor orthorhombic phase of LaBa2Cu3Oy was determined using Rietveld analysis of X-ray powder diffraction data. The lattice parameters were a=3.8973(2) Å, b=3.9337(4) Å, and c=11.7911(8) Å (space group Pmmm). The refined crystal structure was oxygen-deficient triperovskite (ODTP) which is isomorphic with that of the orthorhombic form of YBa2Cu3Oy.Keywords
