Abstract
Thirteen- to sixteen-day mouse embryos (Witschi stages 30–34) were tested for whole blood coagulation and prothrombin times. Both times were found to be significantly longer in the embryos than in the adults, the times decreasing with embryonic development. The significance of these resluts was discussed in terms of reported research on other animals.Funding Information
