Abstract
The collodion agglutination technic was used as previously descr. by the authors. Histoplasmin-sensitized collodion particles were agglutinated with histoplasma rabbit antisera and to a less degree by Blastomyces dermatitidis antisera. Blastomycin-sensitized particles reacted with specific antisera in low dilutions but reactions with Histoplasma capsulatum antisera were weak. Six lots of histoplasmin gave essentially the same results. Keywords
