Abstract
A phospholipid isolated from kidneys which inhibits renin in vitro also inhibits the in vivo response to injected renin. This compound also reduces the blood pressure of rats with acute and chronic renal hypertension but has no effect on the blood pressure of normotensive rats. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
