Abstract
The hydrogenase of D. desulfuricans is an Fe sulfhydryl (SH) enzyme; it is inhibited by some compounds which react with SH groups. It is inhibited by CO, and the inhibition is reversed by light. The addition Ag ions liberates of ionic Fe.Keywords
