Abstract
55 Ss attempted to produce 2 series of random numbers on 2 separate days. The series were more similar to each other than they were to a random series, thus agreeing with the hypothesis that Ss show a preference for certain numbers over others and are thus incapable of generating a random series of numbers. Keywords
