Abstract
The present study examined the impact of within-group value diversity on personal satisfaction, group creativity, and group effectiveness. After accountingfordiversity in race/nation-ality, gender, and age, value diversity predicted greater personal satisfaction, and higher perceived group creativity and effectiveness.Keywords
