Abstract
Solubilities of CO2, C2H4 and CH4 in NMP and H2O‐NMP mixtures were determined at 25°C in a low pressure apparatus at atmospheric pressure. The data are used to obtain Henry and Ostwald coefficients as a function of solute‐free solvent composition. In addition densities of the H2O‐NMP system were measured with an oscillating U‐tube instrument. Experimental results are compared with literature data. Keywords
