Abstract
The quantitative evaluation of the reactivity in human PHA-stimulated lymphocyte cultures was studied. A technique for the measurement of DNA synthesis by means of thymidine-2-14C incorporation was standardized and its reproducibility determined. Using this method a number of variables in culture conditions were investigated. The results obtained are discussed. This publication has 28 references indexed in Scilit:
