Abstract
Two simple and convenient paper chromatographic systems for the separation of chlorophylls, and 1 system for the separation of their phaeophytins have been worked out. Together with the light adsorption properties of the compounds mentioned, the RF-values obtained may be used for a rapid and reliable characterization of microamounts of the original algal and bacterial chlorophylls. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
