Keratoacanthoma Dyskeratoticum and Segregans

Abstract
Several small tumors appeared on the forehead of a 60-year-old patient; these coalesced to form two large plaques. The duration of the tumors was seven months before their spontaneous involution. Some of the tumors showed ulceration prior to healing. On histologic examination, the tumors were keratoacanthomata with pronounced dyskeratosis and segregation of cells.
