Abstract
The Ninos Especiales Program was a 3-year H.C.E.E.P. model demonstration. The goal of the program was to provide culturally sensitive early intervention sewices to infants with severe disabilities and their families who were of Puerto Rican heritage and resided in Hartford, Connecticut. This project profile contains information on the program philosophy, services, evaluation, and families who participated.Keywords
