Abstract
As a result of potentially more accurate alignment of fascicles, fascicular nerve repair should allow better return of function than epineural nerve repair. Since previous studies failed to answer the question of whether it is better to perform a fascicular or epineural nerve repair, a randomized prospective comparison of fascicular and epineural nerve repairs in the upper extremity was made. The results of digital nerve repairs in 27 patients are reported. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
