Abstract
Heats of formation of NiII, CuII, ZnII, and proton complexes of 3,7-diazanonane-1,9-diamine (2,3,2-tet) have been measured calorimetrically. These thermodynamic data show that the high stability of the metal complexes is mainly due to the enthalpy term even if the entropy term is favourable. Keywords
