Abstract
We show that if all aspects of semistrong and electromagnetic particle mixing are properly taken into account, the result is that the and contributions to charge asymmetry of the nucleon force do not substantially modify the charge asymmetric scattering lengths due to mixing alone, and the effect is the (already small) contribution to the - mass difference.
