Abstract
The purpose of this essay is to extend the post-positivist movement within the discipline of management by critically examining the contributions of postmodern management discourse. In this respect, a critical re-examination of postmodern capitalism, business ethics, organization theory and corporate culture aims at the issues as well as the problems involved with this discourse. Moreover, the frenzy over the birth of a postmodern social science raises questions about the nature or criticism that postmodernism has made against the dominant positivist paradigm. Keywords
