Measurement of Biodiesel Speed of Sound and Its Impact on Injection Timing: Final Report; Report 4 in a Series of 6

Abstract

This study measures the isentropic bulk modulus, and speed of sound of biodiesel and the pure esters that are the constituents of biodiesel at temperatures from 20 C to 100 C and at pressures from atmospheric to 34.5 Mpa.
