Abstract
Trichogramma fasciatum (Perkins), an egg parasite of the corn earworm, Heliothis zea (Boddie); fall armyworm, Spodoptera frugiperda (J. E. Smith); and tobacco budworm, H. virescens (F.), was reared on eggs from tepasterlized fall armyworm moths. The parasites were reared on eggs produced by sterile male X fertile female and fertile male X sterile female matings for 5 and 4 generations, respectively. Since both male and female progeny were produced in each generation it is concluded there was insufficient residues of tepa in the eggs to sterilize the egg parasite. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
