Abstract
Trichogramma fasciatum (Perkins), an egg parasite of the corn earworm, Heliothis zea (Boddie); fall armyworm, Spodoptera frugiperda (J. E. Smith); and tobacco budworm, H. virescens (F.), was reared on eggs from tepasterlized fall armyworm moths. The parasites were reared on eggs produced by sterile male X fertile female and fertile male X sterile female matings for 5 and 4 generations, respectively. Since both male and female progeny were produced in each generation it is concluded there was insufficient residues of tepa in the eggs to sterilize the egg parasite.
