Abstract
High spin states in and have been investigated via the reactions using in-beam gamma-ray spectroscopy techniques. The decay schemes and decay properties for levels up to ∼3 MeV in excitation energy could be deduced from gamma ray yield data, obtained at bombarding energies between 10 and 18 MeV, coincidence and angular distribution measurements. Rotational-like band structures are observed in which are less apparent in . Both nuclei show the presence of high-spin cascades based on the lowest excited level.
