Abstract
A centrifugation method for recovering tissue larvae is described and is superior to Baerman and tissue digest methods for recovering larvae of A. suum from the liver and lungs of infected C57BL/6 mice. Using the spin method for harvesting larvae, C57BL/6 mice were evaluated for their suitability in studies on specific host immunity to infection with A. suum. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
