Abstract
IN a previous paper the literature was reviewed, and an unsuccessful attempt at surgical repair of a ruptured abdominal aneurysm occurring in a patient with Marfan's syndrome was reported.†The cases presented below are considered interesting because of the ages of the patients and their uncomplicated course after successful surgical removal of the aneurysms.
