Abstract
A patient with acute interstitial nephritis secondary to ingestion of a Chinese herbal medicine adulterated with mefenamic acid is presented. Following hemodialysis and cessation of the medication the patient's renal function returned to normal. (Arch Intern Med. 1995;155:211-212)Keywords
