Diprosopus was found in a grade Hereford calf born co-twin to a normal calf. The abnormal calf possessed 4 eyes, 2 muzzles 2 normal ears and a rudimentary aural pinna. There were 2 cerebrums, 2 cerebellums, a forked midbrain and 2 hypoplastic pituitaries. Associated defects included moderate bilateral internal hydrocephalus and bilateral cleft palate. The cause was not determined.
