Abstract

"The consistency and interrelations of 11 hypothesized varieties of response sets were studied. A factor analysis of the inter-correlation of these response sets yielded three factors: a committing oneself vs. an evasiveness factor, a positive denial vs. an indecision factor, and a tendency to list or check many adjectives factor."
